We work on a contingency or retainer fee basis for our client firms.
Retained Search
We recommend this option for your most critical staffing needs and
especially when time is of the essence.
A Retained Search affords you the following:
- we create and execute a search strategy designed for specific
requirements
- priority, dedicated time of the Search Consultant to fill position(s)
- exclusivity of Retained Search presentation
- exclusivity of developed candidates for 30 days
- assurance that the candidate pool has been searched in-depth
- the highest likelihood and fastest means of filling urgent
needs.
By initiating a Retained Search, you will gain the committed
time of a Search Consultant who will set aside all other searches.
Of the estimated fees, one-third is due upfront and one-third is
due upon submission of a pre-agreed number of qualified
candidates that enter into the your interview process. The final
one-third
is due and payable 30 days after the hired candidate's start date.
Contingency Search
We offer varying levels of Contingency Search Services. Standard
fees and client committment ensure our full range of services, including
a focused search for priority openings. Contingency Searches can
be cost-effective because a fee is paid only when the candidate
starts
employment.
A Contingency Search usually includes the following:
- a search consultant actively recruiting for a specific position
- assurance of a concentrated effort to contact a large volume
of candidates on the behalf of the client company
- full qualification of candidates and guidance throughout the
search, interview and hiring process.
To initiate a Contingency Search, a simple fee agreement is signed
by both parties acknowledging that if one of our candidates is hired,
a fee will be paid.
