How to Work with Myers Group Inc.
Here are a few simple guidelines for working with us:
- Be prepared to be open and honest with us.
Our job is to fill our clients' open positions. We are paid by
them, so there is no fee to candidates. However, successful placements
must be win-win situations. No placement is successful if either
the company or the candidate is unhappy with the outcome. The
process works best when both employers and candidates communicate
well with us.
- Expect to have periodic discussions with us.
We will want to know about your achievements and accomplishments and about changes in your personal life that affect your interest/ability to change positions. We will also be interested to hear about other qualified people in your field and to share information about what's happening in your industry.
- Keep us abreast of your decisions.
Open discussions are especially important during the interview and hiring decision
process. We need to know your true feelings regarding the position you are
considering. We can advise, counsel, and represent your position only if
we know it.
