Donna's professional career in executive search began with the Myers Group Inc. when the business opened its doors in 1999. Since then she has built an extensive network of relationships with client companies ranging from small privately held firms to multi-billion dollar international conglomerates. Donna's upbeat personality and energy has helped her to develop long-standing business relationships throughout the industries served. Her clients and candidates value the unbiased knowledge of the markets and trends in the industries served.
Her focus in Aluminum and Defense and Aerospace markets has evolved from personally conducting recruiting and marketing campaigns. Her successful search profiles range from hands-on entry level professionals to senior level manufacturing, engineering, management, sales, accounting, business development and operations professionals. Donna's passion for enhancing her client's workforce and positively affecting her candidates' working lives has become the cornerstone in her personal success. She was named the Account Executive of the Year in 2000, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and again in 2011.
Donna earned a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Marketing from Illinois State University. In her spare time she is active volunteer in the community and enjoys spending time with her family.
