I have more than 20 years in Logistics and Supply Chain management with Fortune 100 retail and grocery companies. I understand the metrics involved from freight payment to Board Room politics, nationally and globally. I have extensive experience in outsourcing, fleet management, warehousing, distribution and IT systems development and implementation.
I fully support my firm's mission statement that "the company with the best talent wins."
I need to know a lot about candidate's to find them the position that makes them happy in a firm that will appreciate their contributions. I recruit only "Top Talent."
Once I have a deep understanding of what the company wants, I recruit people who are generally satisfied with their current position but open to hearing about new opportunities. Most of my placements are at the VP level, or above.
