I am an Executive Recruiter at The Myers Group and have been recruiting for several years. My clients and candidates look to me to provide information on new movements and opportunities within the industry. I specialize in recruiting packaging professionals that are well versed in PET film, specialty films, metalized film, shrink sleeves, pouch packaging, stand-up pouches, bags, flexible materials and much more.
In addition to the packaging world, I have been recruiting in the transportation and relocation industries as well and have developed a thorough understanding of trends and needs. I come from a family of transportation professionals as well. I work and consult with operation/dispatch managers, sales managers, business development sale reps and branch/terminal managers.
The companies that I collaborate with range from small privately held companies to some of the largest and most recognized companies in their respective industries. I recruit in all areas from executive level to entry level positions.
I pride myself on being thorough, efficient and ethical as well as building long-lasting relationships with both my clients and candidates. Through many conversations with industry professionals and several years of recruiting experience in the industry, I have an understanding of what is needed to make a successful match for both my clients and candidates. As a result, I have received significant achievement awards in 2007 and 2008.
I am married, have two dogs and attended the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign where I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and was a scholarship winner and member of the university’s Varsity Volleyball team. I earned All-Big Ten Honors as well as the George Huff Academic Award and have an instinctual competitive drive to be the best. I know what it takes to balance work and family life and have enhanced my time management and communication skills through my career and athletics. Businesses are similar to teams and I am here to be a valuable and reliable teammate to you now, and in the future. I truly enjoy helping my clients and candidates succeed!
