I have worked in banking and finance for more than 6 years in various capacities. Additionally, I have my undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign and my MBA from DePaul University in Chicago.
I have a very clear understanding of the importance of hiring and creating a good fit and I strive to provide that to everyone I work with. In today’s world, you need an aggressive, business-minded professional on your side and my background and determination will provide you with those luxuries.
I work with banks of all sizes and types – from the multi-billion dollar nationwide institution to the privately-owned community bank. I focus on areas throughout the Midwest – primarily in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana market. I recruit for a wide variety of managerial positions – usually at the officer level and above. I KNOW my candidates very well and I always check references and verify education for each person I send to an interview.
Many of my clients tell me I understand their business better than other recruiters and the depth of my questions often surprises them. They also frequently comment on how easy I am to work with because I really do what I say I will do.
