I have developed a highly specialized niche supporting food companies, primarily in procurement roles. I am married with two great kids and I understand how to balance work and family life.
I have experience working for a motor carrier, a truck manufacturer, and a food company and I learned the business from the ground floor. Because I understand and have worked in nearly every part of the supply chain I am better able to screen, qualify and present talented professionals who meet or exceed my clients’ needs.
I work with all levels of expertise from manager level talent to company presidents.
A great deal of my success as a recruiter stems from gaining a deep understanding of my candidates motivations. In working with me, we need to maintain confidentiality but we also need to dig into "the numbers." Our firm, and me personally, are dedicated to our belief in "do the right thing".
